What's With Andy? is featuring the pranking antics of Andy Larkin a teenage boy on his quest to becoming the greatest practical joker in his school…no, in the world!  Why not the universe? (Andy does think a lot of himself.)  Andy may look like your typical teen, but don't be fooled. When a teenager plays a practical joke, it's to be expected - and can sometimes be funny. But when Andy pulls a prank, the local news team sends a camera crew. When a high school holds a dance, your typical teen may choose to go and, well, dance. But when East Gackle School holds a dance, Andy shows up with 100 gallons of molasses and his pranking shoes on!
